There will be no Athletic Trainers at locations.

NOT ALLOWED:  Outside food, coolers, tables, chairs or audio speakers. That includes phones on speaker, bluetooth speakers and portable speakers.

LOST AND FOUND:  Will do their best to have all lost items at the Championship Desk.

​

Every match on every court will be streamed live at BALLERTV.com.

CHAIRS:

Chairs will be provided - CHAIRS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE CONVENTION CENTER.

MERCHANDISE:

Tournament T-Shirts, clothing and gear will be sold at tournament.

Police will also patrol the pedestrian park in front of the building all day all three days.

PARKING and DIRECTIONS:

The New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center announced a new partnership with ParkMobile, the leading provider of smart parking and mobility solutions in North America and part of the EasyPark Group. As a result of this new partnership, event attendees and guests to the Convention Center can now reserve and pay for parking before their visit via ParkMobile’s online parking reservations and digital payment platform. Users can also pay for parking onsite through the ParkMobile app.

 

The New Orleans Convention Center will continue to have staff working its parking lots, including “Lot F” across from Hall H. That’s also the least expensive place to park at $20/day ($40 for oversized vehicles).

1. Enter block reservation # and email address - acadianjuniors@gmail.com - used to set up the block of rooms (team rep/coach should provide this information to you);

2. Select "rooming list" at top;

3. Select next available RED ROOM NUMBER to the left to enter contact, guest names, and credit card information to guarantee room (do NOT click the box to the right or select "add room");

4. Team name matters! Be sure to select the correct club and team name in the drop down box. If you do not see your team name, call for assistance;

5. Enter payment information to pay the non-refundable AES booking fee of $10.00 (room charges are not charged at this time; room charges will be handled by the hotel at time of check-in unless otherwise noted in cancellation policy).
