SPECTATOR INFORMATION:

When a team is OFF (not officiating or playing) they and all their fans must leave the venue (inside).  There will be no spectator limit - please follow rules.  Masks are not mandatory - but this may change as we get closer to tournament.

CHAIRS:

Chairs will be provided - CHAIRS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE CONVENTION CENTER.

MERCHANDISE:

Tournament T-Shirts, clothing and gear will be sold at tournament.

Online access is available 24-7 for participants to book rooms in your group reservation by following the link and instructions below: https://www.advancedeventsystems.com/reservations/manage/lookup

1. Enter block reservation # and email address - acadianjuniors@cox.net - used to set up the block of rooms (team rep/coach should provide this information to you);

2. Select "rooming list" at top;

3. Select next available RED ROOM NUMBER to the left to enter contact, guest names, and credit card information to guarantee room (do NOT click the box to the right or select "add room");

4. Team name matters! Be sure to select the correct club and team name in the drop down box. If you do not see your team name, call for assistance;

5. Enter payment information to pay the non-refundable AES booking fee of $7.95 (room charges are not charged at this time; room charges will be handled by the hotel at time of check-in unless otherwise noted in cancellation policy).
